Our workplace immunisation services help protect employees from role-specific, travel-related, and seasonal health risks. By providing expert-led travel and flu vaccinations on-site or through coordinated clinics, we reduce the spread of infectious diseases, minimise sickness absence, and support a healthier, more resilient workforce.
Immunisations are an important part of ensuring your colleagues stay well, either where they are exposed to specific risks as a result of their role or more general risks, such as seasonal ‘flu. Most vaccines cause few symptoms, and many can not only protect you but others by reducing the chances of passing on infectious diseases.
If your employees travel for work, we can provide travel vaccinations for their destination country.
Around one in four travellers to tropical countries fail to visit a travel vaccination clinic before departure. Travellers to tropical countries and other regions need to be vaccinated against various diseases that can be contracted through water, food and insects.
Vaccinations on offer include Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A, Typhoid Fever, Polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus and other diseases.
Each year, around 7.6 million working days are lost due to flu, costing UK businesses an estimated £1.1bn. Our workplace flu vaccination programme runs from the end of September to the beginning of December, and can help reduce sickness absence in the winter months by a third.
And with the NHS reducing eligibility for free ‘flu vaccination from 2023, your employees are less likely to be vaccinated elsewhere.
Our ‘Flu vaccination campaign co-ordinators arrange for a specialist nurse to administer vaccines, handle vaccine transport, administration and waste disposal. We’ll even book appointments for your staff.
We’ll cover all the logistics – and even provide you with the communications tools you need to encourage colleagues to take up the vaccines we offer
