Similar to counselling referrals, where an individual is referred for a defined number of sessions following the OHA appointment.

Onward Referrals

Six weeks of online coaching support addressing the emotional challenges of menopause and their impact on symptoms and confidence.

Lunch and Learns

Each session covers a different menopause-related topic, such as weight, gut health, or sleep. Sessions are flexible in frequency and include a 30–40 minute presentation followed by a 20-minute Q&A.
