Neurodiversity support

When it comes to inclusion, neurodiversity refers to a world where neurological differences are recognised and respected alongside other human variations. Instead of labelling people with ‘deficits’ or ‘disorders’ neurodiversity takes a balanced view of an individual’s unique strengths and challenges.

Our neurodiversity support service can help you to value different types of brains and ways of thinking in your employees just as you value other different characteristics.

Our services are end-to-end, covering diagnostic assessment, screening assessment, a workplace needs assessment, one to one coaching, assistive software training and eLearning solutions.

Ideal for:

  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Autisim spectrum conditions
  • Dyselxia
  • Dyspraxia
  • Dyscalculia
  • ADHD
  • Acquired cognitive conditions (such as a stroke, epilepsy or traumatic brain injury)
  • Tourettes Syndrome
  • Acquired neuroviversity (such as Apraxia, Alexia)
